Claude Code Router is a local control plane designed to provide a unified management interface for coding proxies. It supports multiple coding proxies such as Claude Code, Codex, Grok CLI, and ZCode, allowing users to determine which provider, model, routing strategy, and tool stack handles each request through a stable local endpoint. CCR centralizes the model layer, making configuration and management more convenient. Users can easily switch models, test multiple providers, define runtime routing strategies, control costs and quota pressure, and enhance existing models with Fusion models. Additionally, CCR offers detailed logging and monitoring features to help debug and optimize proxy workflows.
