Patter

Patter is an open-source voice AI SDK designed to help developers equip their AI agents with phone numbers. It handles everything between the agent and the telephony network, including language models, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, real-time audio processing, and more. Patter supports Python and TypeScript, and allows developers to freely choose service providers for each layer. Developers can run Patter locally, use the built-in tunnel and dashboard for debugging, or simulate entire calls in the terminal. Patter offers multiple modes—real-time, pipeline, and hybrid—to meet diverse needs.
