FAQ
Can I edit existing text in a PDF?
Yes. For text-based PDFs, choose Replace text and select a highlighted text area. The editor covers the original area and writes the replacement. Embedded fonts may be replaced with a similar system font.
What if the PDF is a scan?
Scanned pages do not contain selectable text. Use Whiteout to cover the old content, then add new text on top.
Can I add a signature or image?
Yes. Insert a PNG, JPG, or WebP image, then drag and resize it on the page. This works well for signature images, stamps, and logos.
Will the original PDF be changed?
No. The editor exports a new PDF and leaves the source file unchanged.
