Yes. Select only the column(s) to compare (e.g., "Phone Number"). Rows with identical values in the selected column are treated as duplicates. By default, all columns are selected, meaning only completely identical rows are considered duplicates.
No. When you check "First row is header," the header row is excluded from deduplication and remains at the top of the result.
